If you are not happy with any purchase we will exchange it or refund your money.

Full-Price Merchandise

You can return full-price merchandise with the original invoice within 7 days from the receipt date. Your item MUST be unopened, unused, in new condition, with the original package and sales invoice in order to receive the amount of your original tender less shipping and handling charges as a refund.

Within 8-30 days of receipt of your order, you may return the item for store credit only less shipping and handling costs. Your item MUST be unopened, unused and new condition, with the original package and sales invoice.

After 30 days no refunds, exchanges or credits will be issued.

Sale-Price Merchandise

Sale-priced merchandise are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Personal Hygiene Products

Due to health, safety and sanitary concerns, any personal hygiene products, hosiery, undergarments, flasks and face masks are not eligible for returns.

Gift Merchandise

If you received the item as a gift (paid for by someone other than yourself) it can ONLY be exchanged or returned for a store credit. Your item MUST be unopened, unused and new condition, with the original package and sales invoice.

Merchandise Purchased from 3rd Parties

We cannot accept returns or exchanges of items purchased through 3rd party retailer. All items MUST be returned or exchanged through the 3rd party directly and are subject to 3rd party's return policies.

Shipping and Handling

Customers are responsible for all return or exchange shipping and handling charges.

For faster processing of your return, please follow the steps outlined below
1. Contact Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order to let us know you will be making a return.

2. We will give you a Return Authorization Number & Address. Please write this number on the outside of your shipping box and address the box to:

3. You may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance. Insurance protects you in case the items are damaged or lost in transit.

4. Carefully package the items in the original shipping box or any suitable shipping carton using plenty of padding material to protect the product(s) and include a copy of your invoice.

IMPORTANT: Make sure the items are well protected and packaged similar to the way you received them. Whenever possible, use the same packaging that was used to ship the items to you. Items must be received in resalable condition for a refund. Any items damaged in shipment will not be returned, refunded or exchanged.

Once we receive your Return package, we will issue you a Refund or store credit for the price of the products you returned (including tax, if any). Shipping is not refundable. If you paid by credit card, we will charge-back the amount to your credit card. If you are returning an item because it arrived damaged, we will also refund you the shipping costs to return the item to us.

PLEASE NOTE: Adjustments must be made to the credit card that was used to make the purchase; we cannot make an adjustment to another credit card.

Please allow up to 21 days for us to receive and process your refund. It may take one or two billing cycles until the credit appears on your bank statement. Time depends on the policies and procedures set by your credit card company.
